En remplissant ce formulaire, le Client confirme avoir bien lu le Guide d'investissement disponible en ligne sur le site web de la Photographe, sous l'onglet Investissement. Afin de procéder à la réservation de séance, le Client s'engage à signer le contrat de service qui lui sera envoyé par courriel suite à la soummision du Formulaire de réservation ci-joint.
Le frais de création de séance est payable immédiatement, dans un délai maximal de 12 heures suivant la réception de facture. Ce versement sert à couvrir des frais administratifs, d’ouverture de dossier, de préparation de la séance, de réservation de ce créneau horaire, de temps de séance pour la prise de vue, ainsi que la préparation des images aux fins de séance d'achat.
Le frais de création n'inclut PAS les impressions, produits ou les fichiers digitaux. Ceci ne couvre que le temps, le talent, l'expertise et la créativité de la Photographe. Tous les produits et fichiers sont vendus séparément. Ce frais de création est non-remboursable en tout temps.
Dès la réception du contrat de service signé, la Photographe émettra une facture électronique au Client, envoyée par courriel via Quickbooks. Le Client accepte de payer la facture en entier dès réception, dans un délai maximal de 12h. Le Client reconnaît que le montant d'investissement total à prévoir et payer est basé en fonction du montant des dépenses réelles engagées suite à l'achat de produits, collections ou fichiers digitaux. Les produits commencent à 400$ et les collections à 1200$, plus les taxes applicables.
Un questionnaire client sera requis pour bien préparer la séance, prévoir le décor, les accessoires et vêtements nécessaires à la séance. Le questionnaire sera envoyé au client par courriel en même temps que le contrat de service à signer.
NOTEZ QUE LE RENDEZ-VOUS N’EST PAS OFFICIELLEMENT RÉSERVÉ TANT QUE TOUTES LES ÉTAPES DE RÉSERVATION NE SONT PAS COMPLÉTÉES. LA PHOTOGRAPHE CONFIRMERA LE RENDEZ-VOUS PAR ÉCRIT UNIQUEMENT LORSQUE LE PROCESSUS EST COMPLET.

By completing this form, the Client confirms they have read the Investment Guide available online on the Photographer's website, under the Investment tab.In order to proceed with the booking of the session, the Client undertakes to sign the service contract which will be sent to them by email after submitting the below Booking Form.
The session creation fee is payable immediately, within a maximum of 12 hours following receipt of the invoice. This payment is used to cover administrative costs, file opening, preparation of the session, booking the time slot, session shooting time, as well as the preparation of images for the purchasing session.
The creation fee does NOT include prints, products or digital files. This only covers the time, talent, expertise and creativity of the Photographer. All products and files are sold separately. This creation fee is non-refundable at all times.
Upon receipt of the signed service contract, the Photographer will issue an electronic invoice to the Client, sent by email via Quickbooks. The Client agrees to pay the invoice in full upon receipt, within a maximum of 12 hours. The Client acknowledges that the total investment amount to be planned and paid is based on the amount of actual expenses incurred following the purchase of products, collections or digital files. Products start at $400 and collections at $1200, plus applicable taxes.
A client questionnaire will be required to properly prepare the session, plan de background, the accessories and clothing necessary for the session. The questionnaire will be sent to the client by email at the same time as the service contract to sign.
NOTE THAT THE APPOINTMENT IS NOT OFFICIALLY SCHEDULED UNTIL ALL BOOKING STEPS ARE COMPLETED. THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT IN WRITING ONLY WHEN THE PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
