If you need to change your booking for a photo session or your event, simply contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a new date that fits our schedule and yours. Do not hesitate to let us know your needs; our priority is to capture precious moments while providing a tailored and professional service to our clients.

During the booking process, a preparation guide will be sent to you to plan your session with us. Advice on choosing clothes, makeup, hairstyle and accessories will be found there.

Shooting time varies depending on the type of session. Generally speaking, our sessions last approximately 1 hour, except for newborn sessions which vary between approximately 1 hour and 3 hours. More details on the duration of the session are available in the services tabs offered at our studio.

A reveal gallery will be presented within 5 working weeks following the session. Gallery images will have basic adjustments without retouching and will be used for image selection purposes only, and will have a protective watermark affixed protecting the photographer's work.. Once the selection of images is finalized, the retouching work will be done on them. The printed products will be delivered to the client within 4 working weeks following receipt of the physical products by the photographer, in order to carry out a quality check of the products and prepare them for delivery. The purchased digital files will be delivered within 6 working weeks following the purchase, via a download gallery.
